Designed for working with specific standing seam profiles, the TAS1JD shaping tool has a 25 mm and a 35 mm high side for shaping the first- and second-fold profile of the standing seam, flattening, preparing for the shaping of special parts (eaves termination, continuous cleats etc.) and reshaping the tray before seaming.

Simply place the shaping tool against the metal sheet to bend,then blow with a PVC Hammer to form the undercloak and prepare the overcloak. The advantages over the traditional iron roofing seamer lie in its compact size, light weight and smooth surface,which avoids marking the material and makes it easy to store in the toolbox for work on site.
