The Pittsburgh and Snaplock seaming device is used in the ventilation and insulation technology for more than 65 years, worldwide. Our various roll-forming models make these two types of seams and hence assure the quick and sealed closing of rectangular ventilation ducts or insulation boxes depending on the requirements and specifications.

Pittsburgh roll-former with autoguide flanger, steel 1mm

Small Pittsburgh roll-forming machine, reference LFL20+AG20, 1,0mm steel capacity, for the assembly of ducts and boxes with 2-position forming stations: one inboard for the Pittsburgh profile and the other outboard for one extra set rolls. For a better holding of metal sheets, it is equipped with AUTOGUIDE device.

Snaplock roll former, 1mm galvanized steel, male and female profiling rollers included

Snaplock roll-former, ref. LFSNAPLOCK-J, 1mm galvanized steel capacity. Enables assembling ducts and cassettes thanks to 2 sets of profiling rollers: 1 inside for the female Snaplock seam and 1 outside for the male one with punches.
