This 30mm-diameter dead blow hammer has a flat and convex nylon head that will prevent material damage or marks when assembling, straightening and forming metal parts due to the lack of edges. They are made of extruded nylon that is extremely consistent with injection molded plastic tips. Much more durable and wear resistant, they will not crack, even in sub-zero temperatures.

The hammer head tube is filled with steel shot and its slight offset when striking the workpiece allows for this reduction in rebound while increasing the striking energy. The connection between the handle and the head of the mallet is ensured by an aluminum wedge coupled with a safety pin guaranteeing its robustness in all conditions of use.
