The zinc marking tool is used by roofers and zinc workers. Made of stainless steel, a material harder than zinc, it allows straight segments from 5mm up to 200mm to be scribed at a constant distance from the edge of a zinc sheet. The line of perforations every 5mm in the center of the tool enables circular markings, while the various notches on the left and right sides are used to trace standing seam and seaming profiles. The two braces allow templates to be drawn for hemming returns of 14mm or 18mm at 90°.
